These Terms and Conditions constitute a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine and govern the use of the AY Details website, the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, returns of goods, and the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. Website — the AY Details online store available on the Internet.
1.2. Seller — Sole Proprietor (FOP) Hanna Yusevych.
1.3. Buyer — any individual who places an order on the Website.
1.4. Product — goods offered for sale on the Website.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer confirms the order.
3. REGISTRATION AND ORDER PLACEMENT
3.1. Orders may be placed without registration.
3.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.3. The Seller is not responsible for consequences resulting from the provision of incorrect data.
4. PRODUCTS AND THEIR FEATURES
4.1. The assortment includes home décor, accessories, jewelry, gifts, children’s products, custom-made and personalized items.
4.2. Some products may be made to order. In such cases, production timelines are specified separately.
4.3. The color shade, texture, or minor details of the Product may slightly differ from the images shown on the Website.
5. PRICES AND CURRENCY
5.1. Prices on the Website may be displayed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) and Euro (EUR) using a currency switcher.
5.2. The primary settlement currency is Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).
5.3. The final charged amount may depend on the exchange rate of the payment system or the Buyer’s bank.
6. PAYMENT
6.1. Available payment methods:

Apple Pay / Google Pay
Cash on delivery
6.2. An order is considered paid from the moment funds are received by the Seller.
7. DELIVERY
7.1. Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are specified on the “Shipping & Returns” page.
7.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer from the moment the Product is handed over to the carrier.
8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
8.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for technical failures of the Website.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
