Shipping & Returns

This page describes the terms of delivery, returns, and refunds for products purchased from the AY Details online store.

1. DELIVERY

1.1. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered using the following methods:

• Nova Poshta delivery service;

• courier delivery;

• self-pickup (by prior arrangement with the Seller).

1.2. Delivery Area

Delivery is available throughout the territory of Ukraine.

1.3. Delivery Timeframes

• standard orders: 1–3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed;

• made-to-order or pre-order items: 10–14 business days.

The stated timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier’s operations.

1.4. Delivery Cost

Delivery costs are paid separately by the Buyer and are calculated according to the тарифs of the selected delivery service.

2. ORDER RECEIPT

2.1. Upon receiving the order, the Buyer must check the integrity of the packaging and ensure that the product is free from damage.
2.2. If any damage or discrepancies are found, the Buyer must contact the Seller on the day the order is received.

3. RETURNS

3.1. Return Period

The Buyer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

3.2. Return Conditions

Returns are possible provided that:

• the product has not been used;

• its original appearance, consumer properties, and original packaging are preserved;

• proof of purchase is provided.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• in most cases, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer;

• if the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on the part of the store, return shipping costs are borne by the Seller.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not subject to return or exchange:

• custom-made and personalized products;

• earrings;

• discounted items;

• products showing signs of use.

6. REFUNDS

6.1. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days from the moment the returned product is received and inspected.
6.2. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
